Phyllis Kincaid has been employed in our office as Office Manager since 1989. She is a native of North Carolina, born in Edenton. When she isn't at work, her two sons, four grandchildren, and two cats keep her busy. Having worked in the medical field for over twenty-five years, she prides herself on making patients feel welcomed, from their initial phone call to their last goodbye as they depart our office. Please feel free to contact her at any time. |

Cathy Locklin is one of our three
dental assistants. She originally worked for Dr.
Bills ten years ago, then left to pursue other interest.
She recently returned to the "fold",
and we are all happy to have her back. Born in Denver,
Co., she moved to Raleigh in 1984, and now currently
lives in Cary in a house that was built in 1924.
She is the third gardener to live in this house.
She has one daughter, who is studying to be a Vet.
Tech, two dogs, and one cat. Her hobbies include
quilting, reading, and antiques. She’s a people
person, and loves working in the dental field. |

Liz Christian is our part time
"Do Everything" employee. She works in
various capacities in the office, from helping at
the front desk to working in the lab. She moved
to Cary from Dallas, Texas ten years ago with her
husband, daughter, and son. She and Dr. Bills met
through Boy Scouts, as her son is an Eagle Scout
also. When not in the office, she helps her husband
with his business. Liz is a very warm, caring person,
and we all enjoy having her working with us. |

Jackie Folsom rejoined our team in late 2008 as a Dental Assistant. She had previously worked in our office in the early 90’s, and we were all happy to have her return. She and her husband have two daughters, a dog, and a cat. They live outside of Pittsboro in a house surrounded by a dairy farm. She says it’s not an unusual occurrence to look out of the window and see a cow staring back at you. |
